Calibration files - FORScan forum
Forscan does not have a file extractor to unzip these itself. I think Fords IDS does. Open your windows file explorer, navigate to the folder you made as above and check whether that folder you made has any file name that ends in .zip .vbf or .ab or if it even has a file name in it.

The key is intended for use on one computer device in a specific configuration defined by the Hardware ID. If the device configuration is changed (due to reinstallation of the operating system, replacement of device components etc), the Hardware ID will change and a new key will be required. User can access no more than two active trial keys.

FORScan - What's new
June 14, 2012 - FORScan version 1.1.2 beta is released This version contains a workaround for a correct Dashboard's work with pre-CAN diesel engines. Engine tests for diesel engines are disabled. This version also contains few small improvements and fixes for several bugs reported by users. Details can be seen on the Download page.
